Description Come along and learn to make these spooky Halloween High Hat Cupcakes. You’ll receive a dozen freshly baked Black Magic cupcakes; learn to fill with your choice of salted caramel, raspberry jam or ganache and make and pipe Italian Meringue plus the Magic Chocolate Coatings. You’ll also learn to work with sinfully delicious modeling chocolate to create a selection of Ghosts, Ghouls and Witches Hats. Other skills taught include: simple modeling, using edible markers, modeling tools and petal/luster dusts.
