Description As the first class sold out so fast, Chef Scott is back for an Encore Performance!

He’s BACK! It’s official, we have Chef Scott back creating a selection of his favorite Sauces including his famous Steak Diane-yes, the one that was featured in the Washington Post made with medallions of fillet steak, a sumptuous mushroom sauce (flambéing is optional- but this is a Chef Scott class!) plus a surprise or two- we don’t know either- he won’t tell us!

We’ll round off the meal with a FABulous Dessert too!

Come along and learn to make some classic sauces, enjoy a three course meal and go home with a selection of sauces you created yourself!

It’s always a party when Scott is in the house (and you can BYOB) so this is Perfect for Date Night, a fun Friend’s Night Out or just an excuse to come witness Scott in his Fabulous Sequin Jacket!
