Description Willkommen! Join Chef Fernando for an exciting night of Oktoberfest with a twist. Chef Fernando will add his unique twist to several German traditional recipes. In this hybrid, hands-on and demo class you will learn how to make the perfect Spaetzle w/ Gruyere & Caramelized Onions and savory Beef Roulade accompanied with Apple Sauerkraut and Creamed Spinach. Chef with pair each meal with a German Ale with a brief description of each beer. We will conclude by enjoying full portions of our culinary creations. And you can BYOB! These simple recipes are sure to excite you and your family's taste buds when you recreate them at home for years to come.
