Join pastry chef Keri Cossette in learning to make this fun, festive Swiss Roll cake for your July 4th celebration. You’ll choose 1 pattern (3 decorative 4th of July designs to choose from) and learn how to make the lightest Chiffon Cake. Once the cakes are in the oven you will make your filling, which consists of an Apple Pie Compote Swirled Cream. Adding bourbon is completely optional but highly recommended. Once your cake is baked, Keri will teach you how to fill, roll and finish the cakes.
