Description Calling all brunch lovers! Having trouble poaching the perfect egg or hollandaise sauce. Not to worry, Chef Fernando will teach you step by step how to create your perfect Eggs Benedict. The journey begins with a bit of a twist. Instead of the traditional English muffins, we will make our own Crumpets*, layered with Canadian Bacon, Perfectly Poached Eggs and topped with a rich and creamy Hollandaise Sauce. Brunch will also include Crispy Hash Browns, al dente Asparagus and Mimosas. Come join us for this to learn how to make sumptuous delicacy, The eggs Benedict.
