Description Join Chef Cecilia as she continues her series of recipes from around the Orient making delicious Pad Thai (or Phat Thai/Phad Thai) the national dish of Thailand! This flavorful stir-fry (pad in Thai) dish consisting of rice noodles, tofu, bean sprouts, and eggs (among other ingredients, but these are the staples) is one of the most amazing (and famous!) asian street foods! You can also choose to add chicken, shrimp or beef to your dish- once you know how to make it, the possibilities are endless!

This is a perfect Date Night or Friend’s Night Out as you can BYOB! (Please drink responsibly!)
