Description Join Laura Dion for a culinary excursion to Northern India recreating the Northern Style Chicken Korma. Marinated in yogurt and spices* and accompanied by lots of onions, the chicken is tender when cooked and finished with a delicious Cashew Paste for a creamy, rich texture. You will get to sample a selection of options before creating your own unique blend for your marinade.

Saag Paneer is an authentic North Indian vegetarian dish. It is made by cooking spinach and other greens with spices and Paneer, a type of Indian soft cheese, which makes it a delicious and nutritious dish.

Learn how to make an aromatic Basmati Rice infused with cardamom, cinnamon sticks and whole cloves to serve alongside your curry dishes.

*Spices can be adjusted to suit your taste preferences.
