Description Chef Fernando invites you to a night of Parisian Haute Cuisine to recreate three classic French dishes! These classic French recipes will inspire you to venture into other French cuisine.

Appetizer: French Onion Soup

Entree: Chicken Cordon Bleu with Butternut Squash Au Gratin

Dessert: A FABulous Surprise!

In this hybrid, hands-on and demo class you will follow along with Chef to create the divine French Onion Soup and Chicken Cordon Bleu… and if you’re good, you can even flambé your sauce as Chef shows you the secrets to recreate these timeless classics.

During the demo portion of the evening Chef will teach, step-by-step, how to cook his enchanting take on the exquisite Butternut Squash Au Gratin!

You’ll complete your meal with a FABulously French Dessert… with so many delightful options, it may be hard for our FAB Bakers to choose just one!

We will conclude by enjoying full portions of our culinary creations. And you can BYOB! These delightful recipes are sure to excite you and your family's taste buds when you recreate them at home for years to come.
