Description Join Chef Keri in learning how to make another fun date night dish! Carne Asada Tacos with ALL the fixings. In this class you'll learn how to make and cook off your own corn tortillas for the perfect taco night. First you'll marinate your steak in a delicious blend of spices. Then you will make your Corn Masa and let it rest for a bit. While everything is resting and marinating you'll learn how to make a quick fresh salsa (as spicy as you would like) and a delicious guacamole to put on top of your tacos. Then let the fun begin as you'll learn how to flatten your Masa dough to make the best homemade corn tortillas (you won't want to buy the store bought ones anymore) Keri will then teach you how to grill off your steak and show you how to finish off your tacos for that perfect bite! We’ll also have a selection of accoutrements including Cotija Cheese (a traditional Mexican crumbling cheese) and fresh veggies to top your tacos!
