Description Come along for an enchanting evening evocative of balmy evenings on the Côte d'Azur recreating Chicken Cordon Bleu, Potatoes au Gratin and the star of the show, a delightful Spinach Soufflé with local foodie Bill Thompson. You’ll finish your meal with a FABulous Dessert.

These delightful recipes are sure to excite you and your family's taste buds when you recreate them at home for years to come. As this is a Chef Night/Date Night, it’s perfect for Dynamic Duos and you are welcome to BYOB (please drink responsibly!)

Students will be notified via email and/or text of this cancellation. Students will have the first right of notification and registration if the class is simply postponed and rescheduled for a later date. If unable to commit to the rescheduled date, the student will be refunded his or her registration in full per their request, no matter whether the class is canceled months in advance or 24 hours prior to class.
