Description Join Chef Sean Joyce for an evening of Sushi! You’ll make Three varieties of Maki (options dependent on the availability of the freshest fish at market that morning), Sashimi, Edamame (Steamed Soy Beans), Sesame Seared Tuna Tataki and Nigiri with Ponzu Sauce. Plus, you’ll learn the secrets to making Sticky Sushi Vinegar Rice and how to roll the perfect Maki (you’ll be an expert by your final roll) AND you get to bring home your Sushi Mat!

Dessert will be a FABulous surprise wagashi!

This is a perfect Date Night or Friend’s Night Out as you can BYOB! (Please drink responsibly!)
