Description Come along and learn to make TWO Apfelstrudel (German Apple Strudel!) Although it might sound daunting, it’s much easier than it seems and so much fun to make. And the resulting apple strudel is a delicious, festive dessert filled with sweet, spiced apples, raisins and nuts (optional) in a flaky crust that everyone will love. To make them even more festive, we’ll have drunken spiced cherries and cranberries to stud through your apples! Strudel is perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert- particularly if served with a delicious Creme Anglaise Custard Sauce- which you’ll also learn how to make.
While your little beauties are baking you’ll get to sample your instructor’s delights, so you can take away both your strudels to enjoy at home.
