Join Rory and Angela McEllin for a wonderful afternoon learning the secrets to an Irish Afternoon Cream Tea (and what makes it so different from an English Tea!) You’ll make a batch of mini Bailey’s Cheesecakes with a Jamison Chocolate Ganache and while your cheesecakes are cooling, you’ll learn the essentials to creating the perfect Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Open Faced Sandwich on our in-house Guinness Brown Bread. You’ll also learn to create a truly Irish Ploughman’s Lunch made on Traditional Irish Soda Bread and including Sharp Irish Cheddar and our in-house Irish Country Relish.
Once all the baking is out of the way, you’ll enjoy a full Irish Afternoon Tea, complete with a selection of teas, vintage tea stands and delicious treats. Your three tier tea stand will also include our in-house sausage rolls, two flavors of mini scones and a delicious Rhubarb and Apple Crisp. This is a perfect class to do as a Dynamic Duo/Friend’s Day Out/Date Night (or afternoon delight!)
