Description Join Keri Cossette for a delightful afternoon making these delicious Turtle Cheesecake Style Baklava Parcels with a Salted Caramel Dipping Sauce. Thin layers of phyllo filled with a creamy whipped Baked Cheesecake, Toasted Pecans and Chocolate Chips folded to create these gorgeous parcels and baked until crisp. The cigarillos are then soaked in a Caramel Sauce Simple Syrup and served with a thick Caramel Sauce for dipping. a modern twist on the traditional Mediterranean dessert, this sweet baklava is the perfect accompaniment to a strong cup of coffee or Raki.
