Description A chocolate coffee MOCHA lover’s treat! Chocolate and coffee combine beautifully in this Boozy Mocha Cream Pie is a decadent, rich boozy (or not- the choice is yours…but really, who doesn’t love a bit of Kahlua* in their coffee?) Coffee Infused Chocolate Custard set in a Flaky Chocolate Pie Crust topped with Sweet Vanilla Whipped Cream and drizzled with a Mocha Fudge Sauce.
*Other booze options include an assortment of Bailey’s flavors, George Ocean Coffee Rum and Creme de Cocoa…the list goes on. We also have dozens of non-alcoholic flavors and extracts to choose from too.
Pies are defined by their crusts and you’ll learn techniques to bake the perfect flaky crust plus how to texture your dough for a show stopping presentation. You’ll also receive the written recipes so you can recreate this delicious pie for friends and family for years to come. You’ll get a chance to sample the instructor’s pie and best of all you get to take your pie home. Just in time for the end of the Oktoberfest weekend!
