Description Join Pastry Chef Keri in learning to make Two Different Ultra Decadent Bakery Style Stuffed Cookies. You’ll learn how to make two different types of stuffed cookies. Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies & Molten Lava Cake Cookies.

First, you’ll make your Cheesecake Filling (you’ll take this home to make more cookies later or just eat by the spoon…) while that’s baking you’ll make your Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and learn how to stuff them with cheesecake (that’s been premade and scooped/chilled overnight) after those are in the fridge for a quick chill, you’ll make your Molten Lava Chocolate Cookie Dough learning how to stuff them with Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce for the perfect lava center. While your cookies are baking you’ll get to enjoy some Keri already made. You’ll leave with a box full of delicious bakery style cookies that any Cookie Monster would want.

Students can bake half of the cookies in class and take the other half home each recipe produces about 8 per batch (rather large bakery style cookies)
