Description Come along as Chef Cecilia teaches you how to make this Rockin’ Red, White and Blue Carrot Cake…you better believe this is not your average carrot cake! Chef Cecilia will introduce you to her spirited recipe and there are a few other additions that are sure to convert any carrot cake naysayers out there! You’ll learn to pipe patriotic rosettes and swirls so it can be the centerpiece of your 4th of July celebration- if it lasts that long!
