Description Although we normally have our brunch classes on a Sunday, we had a special request for a Saturday Brunch class this go around, so here we are! Join Angela and Rory McEllin for a fun morning making the most decadent Crème Brûlée French Toast… made with thick slices of Angela’s Brioche Bread soaked in a delicious, slightly boozy (or not, the choice is yours) custard,cooked to a golden brown and finished with a crackly Brûléed sugar crust. You’ll also learn to make a Cinnamon, Brown Sugar Maple Syrup just in case the bruleed sugar isn’t sweet enough for you. Of course, as with all our Brunch classes, we’ll have Fresh Orange Juice, Mimosas, a selection of Fresh Fruit and Crispy Bacon to accompany your toast.
