Have fun learning how to make two versions of the iconic American hand pie pastry Pop Tarts. You’ll learn how to make TWO Pie Doughs- a classic Flaky Pie Dough, and a Graham Cracker variation and TWO fillings- a quick Berry Jam and a yummy Fudge Filling. Finally, you’ll make TWO Glazes! After learning how to roll out and assemble hand pies you’ll learn how to make a delicious Peanut Butter Glaze and some Homemade Marshmallow Fluff. After the pies finish baking you’ll learn how to finish decorating the pop tarts even getting to use the torch. Perfect back to school end of summer treat.
