Tonight’s class is Tzoutzoukakia - Greek style meatballs simmered in a fragrant tomato sauce lightly spiced with cumin and cinnamon and served over rice pilaf. We will also make Saganaki - a traditional Greek appetizer of pan seared greek cheese with a thin, crispy crust and a soft, melty interior that is full of flavor and is the perfect compliment to any meal.
