Description

This is our newest Summer Camp - with all the favorite recipes from our Afternoon Tea Parties, this is the ultimate budding baker’s summer camp!

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are for an individual station for the ENTIRE week. Regretfully, we cannot offer day rates/sharing of stations as there are recipe continuity issues and space is limited.

During the week we will create from scratch all the recipes required for our end of week Afternoon Tea Party- Rory’s Sausage* Rolls, Light as a feather Lamingtons** (an Australian cake like our petit fours, dipped in chocolate and rolled in coconut), Mini Bakewell*** or Chocolate Tarts, Mini Quiches, Freshly Baked Brioche Bread for our Finger Sandwiches and of course Traditional Irish Scones, Chantilly Cream & Homemade Jam! (Parents/Grandparents/Siblings are all welcome to our Friday Afternoon Tea Party!)

Five fun-filled classes guaranteed to have your little bakers looking for any excuse to have a cup of tea! Aprons, all ingredients, packaging, equipment for in-class use, and recipes supplied.

*Sausage Rolls are traditionally made with pork mince, but please leave a note at checkout if you would prefer turkey mince.

**Lamingtons are traditionally rolled in coconut, but but if there are allergy concerns or taste preferences, we can substitute sprinkles or cookie crumbs instead

***Bakewell Tarts contain Almonds, but if there are allergy concerns or taste preferences, campers can choose to make chocolate tartlets instead.

Special Instructions Suitable for ages 10 and older - no exceptions. Flour, Eggs, Almonds, Coconut and Dairy are used during this camp. If your child has any food allergies, food intolerances or aversions, please contact us before signing up.

info Disclaimer! We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low registration, inclement weather, or for any other unforeseen reason. Students will be notified via email and/or text of this cancellation. Students will have the first right of notification and registration if the class is simply postponed and rescheduled for a later date. If unable to commit to the rescheduled date, the student will be refunded his or her registration in full per their request, no matter whether the class is canceled months in advance or 24 hours prior to class.
