Look no further – we are bringing those dishes to you here locally where you can learn to make them in your own kitchen. Let’s start with the iconic Moussaka that everyone raves about. Moussaka is a wonderful combination of savory flavors with layers of eggplant, potatoes, meat sauce and topped with a creamy and cheesy bechamel that will leave you wanting more. While your Moussaka is baking you will make the delicious Feta Pan Tiropita- Feta Cheese wrapped in filo pastry and baked to crispy perfection. We will also make Horiatiki - a traditional Greek village style salad that is light and full of flavor and is the perfect compliment to any meal.
Dessert as always will be a FABulous mediterranean inspired delight.
