We are so pleased to welcome our newest instructor Sejal Ghayal on this delightfully fragrant class exploring the use of Indian Spices. Sejal will walk you through step by step which spices to add and when to develop the perfect flavor balance for your foray into Indian cooking. You’ll make Chicken Karahi - using a blend of spices (you can adjust the heat to your liking) in a tomato based sauce and delicious Peshwari Naan. We’ll finish the meal with a FABulous Indian Dessert!
