Keri will teach you how to make her favorite fluffy brioche dough (there will be dough provided to use during class and you’ll take a batch home so you can make MORE buns or bread or beignets- did I mention this was a seriously versatile dough?!?) you’ll also make a classic cinnamon schmear, an apple pie compote & some yummy pie crust crumble. Keri will teach you her tips and tricks to rolling up and baking the perfect buns (and her top secret ingredient for the most sumptuous texture!) While your buns are baking you’ll get a chance to enjoy some of Keri’s warm from the oven! Dynamic Duos have the option of making two medium pans of buns.
