Come along and learn the easy way to have hassle free weeknight meals ready in a flash! In this Asian Cuisine Meal Prep Class Chef Cecilia will teach you all the tips and tricks for taking the stress out of meal prep, plus you’ll go home with all the recipes and we even provide the reusable meal prep containers so you can make your own meals every week if you like!
During the class you’ll learn to make Miso Soup and how to prepare 3 Asian Noodle Dishes (using different types of noodles) and combine/alternate the basic ingredients in a number of different ways so you will have a variety of different meals throughout the week. Proteins (please select up to TWO Proteins in the notes box at checkout- if you only want one protein, just put one in the box.
