Beef Wellington is a luxurious classic consisting of Prosciutto Wrapped Beef Tenderloin with Dijon Mustard and Mushroom Duxelles all encased in decorative flakey Puff Pastry. You’ll also learn how to make the divine Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms in a Tri Pepper Confit.
