Join local chocolatier Mary Storey to answer the age old debate…Blondies or Brownies which is better? What if we combined them? What would we call them? Brondies? Blownies? During this class Mary will explain the difference between the two and how you can customize each to suit your own tastes! Each bake will have a corresponding Chocolate Ganache- Dark and Caramelized White Chocolate with a pretty contrasting Chocolate Drizzle. We use only the finest ingredients including Callebaut Belgian Chocolate.
You’ll make TWO trays to take home (one tray of each) and with a huge variety of add ins and flavor options you’re sure to find an option to delight your friends and family!
