Now Brian takes the classic FAB focaccia to the next level and adds Rory’s oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough inside and out. Cookie dough is not only dotted on top but also folded into the dough for lots of pockets of sweet cookie goodness. The cookie dough focaccia is great on its own or taken the next level as the base of a hot fudge sundae.
