Description So many of you have requested this class after you've enjoyed Brian's Focaccia Pizza for lunch at one of our full day classes, we've finally picked a date! We'll have a batch of dough ready for you and Brian will teach you how to make the dough (you'll go home with your own batch of dough so you can make more focaccia pizza's over the coming days.) While your dough is resting, Brian will teach you his signature sauce (the one he's been perfecting for the last couple of years) and the secret technique he uses when baking the pizzas to get that rich depth of flavor. Once your sauce is ready, you'll have a smörgåsbord of toppings to choose from to customize your pizzas. During the class you’ll learn about the variety of sauces you can use to mix it up a bit at home!
