Description Join us for this festive Buche de Noelle class and learn how simple it is to create this traditional French Yule time dessert. You'll discover all the secrets to preparing and rolling the sponge (choice of one large or two smaller logs) - without breaking! - and creating the lifelike chocolate ‘bark’ and adorable marzipan mushrooms and sugar-paste leaves and berries that adorn the completed log(s). Recipes for a variety of traditional and modern fillings, the traditional meringue mushroom adornments and a selection of frosting flavor options (pictured are Malibu and Orange Cointreau fillings) will be provided so you can personalize to suit your own tastes.
