No previous experience needed, but if you've done our Buttercream 101 Class, this is the perfect follow on series! You'll learn to pipe flowers, leaves and succulents (direct & indirect methods); create ruffles, swags, drapes, borders, stars, swirls and transfers and use Russian Piping Tips (16 piece set included!)

Each week you'll receive a different type of freshly baked item (Bento cakes/cupcakes/cookies/cookie tortes) to decorate and bring home to impress your friends and family. You'll learn to make a variety of buttercreams in different consistencies and colors and when to use each for the perfect results every time!

Students will have the first right of notification and registration if the class is simply postponed and rescheduled for a later date.
