Description Join Mary Storey in making TWO of these light and airy French “Casse Noisette” (nutcracker) Buche de Noel (Yule logs!)

A fluffy Sponge Cake filled with Hazelnut Mousseline, a Crunchy Praline and Caramelized Almonds. The buche is decorated with Chocolate Plaques on each end. These logs are sure to add a special treat to your holiday table.

You’ll make TWO Yule Logs during this class, so this is a perfect class for Dynamic Duos!
