Join Pastry Chef Keri Cosette in learning how to make festive tree cupcakes. In this class you’ll learn how to ice and decorate on a dozen freshly baked cupcakes (Angela’s deliciously moist Black Magic Cake). First you’ll make a batch of fluffy Marshmallow Buttercream. Keri will then teach you how to pipe the tree shape with buttercream. While those get popped in the freezer to harden you’ll learn how to make a yummy Magic Marbled Chocolate Shell (great on top of ice cream too!) After you’ve dipped your cupcakes, Keri will then show you how to decorate the trees with the cutest faces using some modeling chocolate and finish with some edible glitter. With each tree appearing to have their own sparkly personality it will be hard choosing just one to put out for Santa Claus. You can decorate them as caricatures of your holiday guest asn use as place settings too.
