Come along for an immersive day making the iconic Italian Pastry Sfogliatella Riccia with Mary Storey- this is the classic flaky pastry version filled with a delicious citrus and cinnamon infused semolina cream. You’ll never have a more exquisitely fresh pastry than these beauties hot from the oven and lightly dusted with confectioners sugar. Angela has promised to break out the espresso machine for the occasion.
