Description Join Rory McEllin for an entertaining evening making Cornish Pasties. You’ll start by making your flaky pastry dough and while that’s chilling, you’ll prepare your fillings. Plus, you’ll receive alternative recipes to try at home!

Your will cut up your beef to the correct size and season, then Rory will have you chopping like a pro as you prepare the remaining of your filling.

Once they’re all prepared Rory will show you how to roll, fill and shape your pasties ready for baking or freezing. He may even break out our Amish pie maker if you want to make some mini pasties- perfect for little hands!

You’ll get to enjoy your delicious pasties and if you are very good you may get a FABulous Dessert.
