Craving the cozy winter-holiday-like feeling without the snow shovels and ice scrapers? Chef Fernando’s got you covered with this Winter Warmer class!

What could be more comforting than a thick, creamy, New England-style Seafood Chowder served in a freshly baked bread bowl? Not a lot, except maybe a delicious Holiday Spice Apple Crumble that will follow. Your first tasks will be to shape and proof your dough for your bread bowl and while that’s baking you’ll prepare your crumble so it can bake while you enjoy your Seafood Chowder. You’ll also learn to make the dough for your bread bowls so you can make them at home to impress your friends and family.
