Description Join Mary Storey on this TWO DAY adventure learning to make these delightful Croissants la volute (Croissant Swirls Supremes!) You’ll start by making and shaping the flakey croissant dough then, you’ll create a variety of delicious fillings. Next, you’ll learn the secret to filling your swirls so you get a burst of flavor in every bite and finally, you’ll get to decorate your filled swirls with decadent Callebaut Belgian Chocolate, handmade Meringue (added bonus- you’ll get to play with fire) and sprinkle with a variety of gourmet sprinkles, nuts and toppings.
