Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Maple Espresso Glaze. In this class you’ll learn how to make a Fluffy Pumpkin Brioche Dough to take home (you will be provided with dough to work with in class as this dough requires an overnight rise) after you’ve made your dough you’ll make a delicious Pumpkin Spiced Brown Sugar Filling. Keri will teach you the best methods for rolling up and forming your rolls. While the rolls are proofing and waiting to be baked you’ll make the most heavenly Maple Espresso Cream Cheese Glaze to slather on your rolls once baked.
