Description Devilishly Delicious German Chocolate Cake is part of our Gourmet Cake Class series. Despite the name, this deceptive cake doesn’t actually originate in Germany…come along and I’ll regale you with other obscure baking facts! You’ll create:

A deliciously decadent Chocolate Devil’s Food Cake leveled and torted

and filled with a sinful Coconut-Pecan Filling

and covered with a darkly handsome, Fantastically Fudge-y Frosting

You’ll learn how to decorate the side of your cake with seductive swirls too!
