Participants will learn to bake three fall flavored varieties of this Italian cookie that is first baked in a loaf and then cut into slices and baked again. As a result the resulting cookies are crunchy and are excellent when served with coffee, tea, or cappuccino. Various ingredients can be added to the basic dough to produce different varieties and flavorings. Each participant will make THREE BATCHES of biscotti (Caramel Macchiato with a Coffee Glaze, Apple Cider with an Apple Cider Glaze and Chocolate Peanut Butter dipped in a Chocolate Glaze) and go away with a variety of recipes!
While your biscotti is baking, participants will get to sample the instructor’s finished product. Perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. Saluti!!
