Description In this full-day, hands-on class you will make your own Gelato, Hot Fudge, and Salted Caramel Sauces and your own waffle cones and bowls. We make the gelato (Italian Ice Cream) the old-fashioned way- by hand so you can recreate the recipes at home without buying any special equipment. With hundreds of pure, natural extracts, spices, purees, and liquors and dozens of add-ins to choose from, your flavor combination options are limitless. You’ll go home with all your recipes, your full container of Gelato, a Box of Waffle Cones and Bowls, TWO Jars of Sauce- Hot Fudge and Salted Caramel and all the bragging rights that go along with your imprese impressionanti!
