In this class you will learn how to make a classic egg pasta dough and create your choice of fettuccini, linguini or hand-cut pasta strands! While your pasta dough is resting, you’ll learn how to make Prupetti (Sicilian Meatballs) using a mix of meats, herbs and a secret ingredient or two! Finally, you’ll make Angela’s Sicilian Tomato Sauce (or gravy…we can even attempt to resolve the age old sauce vs gravy debate over dessert.)
You'll finish the class with full size portions of your delicious pasta, sauce and meatballs, our in house focaccia (which is perfect for mopping up any leftover sauce!) and of course, a FABulous dessert! Best of all, you’ll have loads to bring home to share with your friends and family (or not, we won’t judge!)
