Description Join Mary Storey in ushering in the holiday season with this delectable Holiday Apple Strudel…completely made from scratch (yes, the dough too!)

In this class you’ll learn to make your own Strudel Dough* and stretch and roll the dough like a pro. You’ll make TWO rolls with Spiced Apples and Drunken (or not) Raisins making this a perfect Dynamic Duo class!

*Legend has it that the sign of an accomplished baker (read prospective wife) is that you should be able to read a love letter or newspaper through their Strudel dough. The thinner the dough, the more delicate the taste.
