They do, however, have a layer of sponge cake topped with sweet orange jelly and finished off with sumptuous chocolate. These little disks of sunshine are hard to resist so we recommend installing a safe in your pantry before attending this class. As you’re making all the components from scratch, you can customize your cake by adding in some orange zest and jazz up your jelly with a bit of Cointreau for a boozy kick too!
