Description Join Rory McEllin for a fun afternoon making homemade Tagliatelle Pasta from scratch and delicious Chicken (or Eggplant) Parmesan! You’ll make tender, fresh egg pasta dough from scratch and while your dough is resting Rory will share his secret techniques for making flavorful Chicken Parmesan using a mix of fresh and dried herbs, fresh and dried breadcrumbs and smothered in a rich tomato sauce and a blend of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. While your chicken is baking, you’ll roll, cut and cook your pasta.

You’ll finish off your meal with a FABulous Dessert!
