Description Learn to make the festive Italian Rainbow Cake Cookies, chocolate ganache, chocolate lace, and gilding in this full-day class. You'll take home your choice of either a 9" round three-tier cake or a tray of Italian Rainbow (AKA Venetian/Tricolori/Italian Flag) Cookies, perfect for gift giving. Each cake layer is made with decadent almond paste and filled with Apricot and Raspberry Jam and topped (and bottomed) with a rich chocolate ganache.
