Description Join Lisa He for a fun morning Brunch class making the iconic light as a feather Japanese Soufflé Pancakes with a scrumptious Whipped Ube Topping. You’ll learn the secrets to creating the perfect batter for light, fluffy pancakes and while they are cooking, Lisa will show you how she makes her delicious Whipped Ube Topping.

As with all our brunch classes, there will be ample fresh fruit, nuts, maple syrup and other toppings, mimosas (and non-alcoholic fresh orange juice) and crispy bacon to accompany your pancakes.
