You’ll learn to make the dough from scratch plus make homemade New Orleans Style Filling (Cinnamon, Pecan, Raisin and Bourbon) and a modern twist on the French Classic Frangipane Filling, plus make adorable golden chocolate babies to hide in your cakes when serving!
