Buzz on over and learn to make these delightful ‘Bee My Honey’ Entremets. Filled with layers of Lemon Mousse and Blackberry & Honey Gelleé sitting atop a Coconut Sable Biscuit Base and encased in Callebaut White Chocolate, these entremets are unlike any you’ve had before…Angela actually created this flavor combination from scratch (well, to scratch a craving itch really, but still, they are simply divine!) You’ll start by creating your Blackberry & Honey Gelleé*, and while that is setting, you’ll make and bake the Coconut Sable Biscuit Base and create your Callebaut White Chocolate cases. Next, we’ll make and decorate the adorable Bee decorations from white modeling chocolate. Finally, we’ll make the Lemon Mousse and assemble the entremets.
