Join Lisa He of Borderlands Bakery for a festive morning making this gorgeous Madeleine Christmas Tree- perfect for your holiday table centerpiece!

In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make a batch of Madeleines in your choice of flavors and decorate them with beautiful Callebaut Chocolate. Lisa will then show you how to build your tree and of create all the edible decorations. You'll also learn the art of tempering and coloring chocolate for perfect results every time!

We use only the finest Belgian Chocolate (Callebaut) and other ingredients to make these delightful treats. During class you'll enjoy a taste of Lisa’s Madeleines covered in chocolaty goodness and take home all the treats you make to share with your friends and family!
